各位菩薩 :
「世間無常，國土危脆....」，對照於近年災難頻仍，尤其近日再度發生舉世震驚的日本九級震災與海嘯...，心中不忍，沉重無言。
地球、世界、人類的命運，脣齒相依；天地並非以萬物為芻狗，然而長時未曾善加愛護大地的業力惡果已逐一顯現。吾等此際儘管僥倖未遇大難，然而哀矜勿喜，謹為傷者祝福、向亡者致哀！
於依怙主 敏林堪千仁波切的裁示下，謹於2011年藏曆正月初十吉祥日( 3月15日 )，共印度敏卓林寺舉行「敏林埵森竹千法會」的同時， The Eastern Sun 官方部落團隊將與藏密網第三度共同舉辦【敏卓林金剛薩埵心咒網路共修】。
誠邀各位菩薩踴躍加入2011年度敏林金薩心咒網路共修活動，時時心繫清淨在源頭...共同匯此善念迴向日本與一切受苦有情；各位菩薩，懇請珍惜眼前可見的生命之華，奉獻由您的溫暖與愛及淨心所持之咒，以此迴向清澈、療癒大地，願天佑日本與一切受難者，願災難止息 !

致各位親愛的佛弟子
扼要囊括一切正法的佛經這麼宣說：
讓那些希求成佛的修行者一門深入。
那麼，到底是那一門呢？那就是「大悲」！
具足大悲心者即具足佛陀的一切教法，猶如佛法於其掌中。
故而修行任何儀軌之前，您應該生起這樣的念頭：「生而為人是何其大的福報啊」！能夠得致人身，乃緣於過去久遠劫來累積了不計其數的波羅密和成就人身之業行，絕非僥倖或是偶然發生、或因擁有財富、美貌等之所致。因為過去生生世世所累積的善業，今生才得以為人，故而於禪修之際，行者應該觀想人身之軀殼並非恆常不變，而是脆弱無比的。龍樹菩薩曾如是云之：
「人命猶如風中搖曳之殘燭
較河流中的泡沫更形脆弱
於睡眠中，呼吸出了又入
能夠睡而復醒真是奇妙啊」
故而「無常觀」是很重要的，千萬別浪費了此生寶貴的生命，因為無人能夠確保你必然成就佛果或往生人天，唯有你此際所累積的善業，可以擔保未來。
是以，以善念善願為前導，於持咒或開始任何修行之前。
希望各位能踴躍加入此次的網路共修，讓我們共同為日本的罹難者，以及所有受到牽連的眾生祈福；願以持咒的功德，迴向給所有日本受苦受難的眾生。

To all the Dharma Practioners.
The Sutra that perfectly encapsulates the Dharma says:
Let those who desire Buddhahood not train in many Dharmas but only one.
Which one? Great Compassion.
Those with great compassion possess all the Buddha’s teachings as if it were in the palm of their hand.
Any practice you begin, the first thought should be how fortunate you are to be born as a human being. As you all know that to be born as human is due to countless numerous lives accumulation of good merit or karma. It is not due to being fortunate or by chance suddenly or by having wealth or beauty etc. It is solely due to ones previous countless lives of doing good karma which right now you are the result or the fruit of your own good karma. So while mediating about this, one feels that this precious human birth is not permanent. It is very fragile as Nagarjuna said:
‘’Life flickers in the flurries of a thousand ills
More fragile than a bubbler in a stream.
In sleep, each breath departs and it is again drawn in;
How wondrous that we wake up living still!’’
So, realizing the impermanence of life, one should not waste this precious human birth. No one can guarantee that you will attain Buddha hood or higher birth etc. The only guarantee is your own good merit accumulated in this present life.
So, while reciting the mantra, do begin the good motivation or good thoughts.
I hope everyone will join in the online practice, ,let’s dedicate the merit of the mantras for the disaster in Japan which has effected many many people .
